Email support@offbook.games. Include a short description of what happened and, for anything about a purchase, the store you bought from (Discord or Steam) and the date of the charge. Never send a password, an authentication token, or a full payment-card number — we never need any of them.

Purchases and billing

Offbook does not bill you directly. Purchases made inside Discord are managed and cancelled in your Discord settings; the desktop build is a one-time Steam purchase. See theRefund Policy for which process applies before requesting a refund.

Transcripts and privacy

Transcripts you own stay yours to browse, read, download, export, and delete — that does not depend on any continuing payment. Contact us for account deletion, a data export, or any other privacy request; these are never paywalled and never refused for lack of a purchase.

Games hosted on someone else's computer

If you played a desktop game hosted by another player, that world and its record live on their machine, not ours. We have no copy and cannot retrieve, change, or delete it — ask the person who hosted the session. The Privacy Policy explains the split in full.
